"I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and received my undergraduate degree in biochemistry and biology from the University of Pennsylvania. I then attended Harvard Medical School where I conducted research in DNA damage and lung cancer imaging. I completed an internship in the Department of Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. "
